Maestri Pastai is a company highly skilled in the production of artisan pasta.
Our story is a journey that starts from a simple place: the table. We are heirs of an ancient tradition periodically innovated without being overturned; we still rely on the original craftsmanship method. We select the finest durum semolina and we cold knead it with water. Our pasta is bronze drawn and it is dryed at low temperatures between 10 and 15 hours, depending on the shape. Only in this way it can retain nutritional and organoleptic properties, maintaining that porosity that makes our pasta the ideal dish for any type of sauce.
